Egis Bceom Kenya Ltd, a subsidiary of Egis International, a French Consulting firm is involved in infrastructure projects in and outside Kenya and has been experiencing a constant growth for the last 3 years. Main areas of expertise include road designs and supervisions, multipurpose dam, water and sanitation projects, etc.
Egis Bceom Kenya Ltd. is recruiting a Human Resources Manager who will work on a day to day basis in close collaboration with the Company’s Executive Director, contributing towards the development and achievements of the organization-wide business plan and objectives.
The HR Manager will be in charge of elaborating, implementing, and updating of overall HR management policies, procedures and programs concerning :
• Recruitment and staffing
• Organizational staff development
• Employment in compliance with regulatory concerns
• Development of training plan and definition of training objectives for various categories of personnel
• Salary, compensation and benefits administration
• Employee counseling and arbitration
She / He will also be responsible for the identification, development and the general operational maintenance of specific HR programs like the personnel and payroll systems and the experts CV data base, and will play a major role in general in-house communication, thus guaranteeing a well adapted and balanced organization with the company goals and values.

Qualifications:
Post graduate qualification in HR Management with at least 6 to 8 years experience in similar environment.
