Customer Care Assistance Job in Kenya

Job Profile
II- GRADE NCPD 9 (3 POSTS)
ADVERT NO. 011/2011

Key Responsibilities:-
(i) Perform telephone operation duties on the switchboard and reception duties
(ii) Provision of initial reception services and directing customers to relevant areas
(iii) Regular assessment of customer satisfaction
(iv) Receiving customer complaints and advising them accordingly

Requirements for Appointment:-
For appointment to this grade, one must:-

(i) Have Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) mean grade D+ with at least D in English, Kiswahili or its equivalent qualifications;
(ii) Have undergone and passed a Telephone Operations/Customer Care course;
(iii) Be fluent in both oral and written English and Swahili; and
(iv) Have computer application skills.
